Title: Window glass clip thing?

What is the clip that holds the door glass in front the rail called?

Maybe I'm not describing this very well. Fits into the front slide and there is a hole in the top corner of the glass it attaches to. Goes up and down with the glass. I've type all kinds of terms into ebay but don't see what I'm looking for.   :P

I think it's a slider, white plastic strip that has a pin holding it to the glass inside the filler strip for the rear of the vent window frame.  :scratchchin:

But this is the only ones I see on ebay (OEM) There's  gotta be aftermarket kit, yes?
