Title: Champion Cooling Customer Service
Post by: Calif240 on April 11, 2014, 11:24:06 AM
So I bought a champion radiator - wanted to give you guys a review because of my great experience w them... First of all, I purchased a $300 polished aluminum 3" radiator. It looked great and fit PERFECTLY! There were no issues w alignment and it looks awesome. The real impressive part is that one of the supplied fittings (from a different vendor that they include) snapped when I was installing in the trans cooler. They immediately went to work and had me send pictures to determine how to best fix. No questions asked, they're sending me another radiator and have been nothing short of excellent and friendly in dealing w the issue. I went through Jeff at Champion cooling and Ledfoot racing for the actual order. Anyway, not often enough I come across a really great product w superb customer service. Kudos to Champion for being easy to deal w and have a great product. I would def recommend one for anyone not needing numbers matching and wants a great product at a great price.
Thanks
Terry

I just fitted a Champion 3 row 22" with the 3/4" tubes. I needed to fab up a new shroud and I needed to redrill the mounts to be in the right place but these radiators aren't marketed as a factory look alike and it was no big deal. The price is excellent and the radiator works real well. If you like the non factory alloy look (I do) they are hard to beat. I also had great service, I got mine through koolradiators on ebay.

I ordered a radiator from them on eBay and it was not the correct one for my car due to the outlet location. They sent me the correct radiator (that has been holding up great) and told me I could keep the other radiator!
