Did factory ever make a 383 with a 2X4 barrel intake ?
If so what year and what car would it have come in  ?

Yes, inline 4-barrels on various '59-'62 Dodges and Plymouths (D-500's and Fury's) and crossram 4-barrels on various Dodges and DeSotos.

The 350 and 361 also used the same intake.
