How do you guys pressurize this stuff to check it?

make a simple hose gauge set up

Pressurize with an air hose to 10 to 15 lbs, use water and look for bubbles

Thanks, I can do that for the heater core. What do you do about the evaporator though?

Same deal you just need to get a little more creative with the hose hook up.
