Has anyone got any idea what thsi heavy gauge would be for my 68 Hemi Charger?  :shruggy:         All body wiring is in place & everything works.

According to the manual the tach wiring looks to be multiple pcs.The pce starting at the coil has the same connectors as your mystery wire.

Is it a power or ground lead diet the power windows?
68 Charger R/t white with black v/t and red tailstripe. 440 4 speed ,black interior
68 383 auto with a/c and power windows. Now 440 4 speed jj1 gold black interior .
My Charger is a hybrid car, it burns gas and rubber............

Mystery solved. It's the hot wire from the alternator. After checking out the old decrepit engine wiring harness, I  now see that someone removed the hot & field wires from the factory 4-pin connector and isolated them seperately. Thanks for the suggestions.  :2thumbs:
