I don't love the wheels but otherwise what's wrong with it?   I'm still not sure if I'm going to lean more towards pro/touring or traditional muscle with mine when it's time to go at the underparts.   It's an XP car so I can do what I want without feeling any obligation to make it orginal.

Better to see these cars on the road in some form than rusting into their own axles behind some dude's house.

alright Fred here you go

nah, not a fan of challenger daytonas, really the only thing i find interesting about the red car in question is that would be something i'd rather see on showroom floors rather than what we have as chargers today.

Also for those who haven't noticed or don't care, the black 68, was shortened 20 inches and has a 2" roof chop  :eek2:

The more I look at the pic, the more it seems like a photoshop to me. Like someone mentioned earlier, the shadow under the car looks weird, and to me something about the roof jumps out...like 2 different photos were used (hard to explain).

Still an interesting car though.

I think it's a photoshop simply because noone knows about it, if a professional shop did it, it would probably been at sema show, or some other big autoshow, and if a couple of friends did it in their garage it would have atleast been featured in a magazine or two.  :shruggy:

Pic from the 'net.... :scratchchin:

looks good but I would stretch the nose more lookes to "fat" to me and the fact of it being photoshoped? look at the reflections it is parked next to a lawn right? Is it me or the whole car has a reflection in it of another car with a sun shade in the windshield?

Fred

I can see the reflection of a tree in the windscreen and there is a tree on the right.

sorry for the confussion i was meaning the side of the car. Above the S is a squarish form resembeling a passenger head light (could be the lower door scoop) but then look how high the top scoop is and the bulginess it has. The bottom should atleast have a little there but it is almost like its not even there. shouldnt the bottom have almost the same ring present?  and above the rear fender looks like the driver side mirror of a reflection of the said earlyer car. And the three "shiney stripes left of the door handle look like a reflection from a sun reflector in a windsheild. I dont know if it is the shine that im sipping on tonight or the fact that I am in love with this body so much that im trying to prove myself that its fake so i dont dream of owning one... but like i said before, its to short in the front end. I prefer to drive like a boat, point to point and not see what I am about to hit, maybe you guys just need a little of this thats in my jar to see what I see.

I was thinking exactly that..........can you spare some?

But whether or not it's photoshopped or the real deal............it looks ok to me.

Shelby looked at the pic. She is taking a graphic design class now. When you enlarge the pic , it is very blurry  . And the scoops on the side do not look right. She said there is something off in the side reflections. And the front wheels look weird ,compared to the back ones.  :shruggy:

A383Wing

the side has a reflection of a car in it that seems to have a sun shade in the windshield as stated before

Indygenerallee

Idk, I don't see a vehicle reflection in the side of the car, looks more like the front porch of a house? the vertical white bars would be the pillars (which the house it's sitting out front of would fit if it had a porch) The only thing is I see what looks like the front of a riding lawn mower near the scoops would be pointed toward the car. The car looks pretty good and convincing other than some glaring errors, If someone were to spend that kind of money and go to the lengths of using the stock Challenger door handles why would you put stock 68 sidemarkers on what is suppose to be a 70 Charger? Also the graphics are hideous "SRT" plastered right there on the door??? If you built this car would you do that? same goes for the rear stripe. Also the back bottom to me does not look like a 2nd gen Charger, bumper is way too high. Overall good effort though I like it.
Sold my Charger unfortunately....never got it finished.

bill440rt

Definitely looks like a house in the reflection.  :yesnod:

But, what is calling out Photoshop to me is the disappearing seam line half-way up the windshield A-pillar. Unless, that's part of the door mirror.  :scope:
Just seems like a weird disappearing line.

Photoshop or not, I am loving it.  :drool5:
