Which 22" fan shroud?

Mopar Gods, I need your help!!!  I have a 1968 Charger with a 383, auto, non-ac.  The radiator is a 2898045 22". The car has never had a fan shroud (but needs one).  I don't want to go with the metal shroud.  Instead, I want the 1969 plastic molded style.  Which shroud and mounting kit do I need to order?  Where do I order them?  Can I stay with a direct-drive fan (non-clutch).  Below are pics of the radiator and the mounting holes.  Thanks for the help!

I got a plastic shroud and a mounting kit from Laysons Restorations but can't recommend going that route – they're problematic and they warp.  I wish I had gotten a metal one.   Check around and do a search on this site – I think Mancini carries some.

Mancini says theirs are heat resistant.  I may try that route.  They say rot on their site that you can use a 69 shroud if you use the 69 brackets on a 68.   Does anybody have experience with this?
