How long till paint is buff able?

Shooting PPG omni in semi-gloss for V-21 stripes...think 36 hours at 70degrees is long enough? Not looking to buff it like clear coat just to remove any junk that might have settled in paint

If you buff it it will not be semigloss anymore. It will be much more shiny.

What he said, you can't buff semi-gloss or satin paint.

I see what you guys are sayin'  Well my intent is to just have a nice smooth surface free of junk when done with a semi-gloss look. Where ill be painting I'm sure ill get  a few dust buggies...what do you suggest

When spraying a surface with any sort of non-fullgloss finish,you need to take every precaution to ensure it comes out clean. one thing you could do is paint it the color your after ,then sand it smooth and apply one more nice coat to cut down dirt from multiple coats. commonly called a flowcoat.
