New wheel cylinder plugged

I redid all of the brake system on the car a few years back.  I'm finally bleeding the system.  RR, LR, RF and nothing.  No fluid.  To make a long day into a short story.  I cracked the lines section by section and narrowed it down to the fluid is not going through the RF wheel cylinder.

I'm wondering if this problem has happened to anyone else?  Is there something that I might be missing?

I did have a similar issue when I bled mine this past weekend, on mine, 3 out of 4 of my bleeder screws were plugged w/ corroded/old fluid such that they wouldn't bleed.  I did get them to bleed by unscrewing them far enough to get it to come out from the threads.  I'm going to replace my cylinders since they are probably not in great shape.  Another member on here advised me to do a search on here for replacing w/ truck wheel cylinders that will bolt right on - supposed to be much better than original design.  Haven't done the search yet but I'll let you know what I find out.
