Is it maybe a scam?

I was looking at an ad someone posted... Looks awful cheap. Hell I've have spent more in just parts over the last 15 years than he wants for this car. http://www.dodgecharger.com/forum/index.php/topic,100035.0.html

I did have to laugh about part of the ad where it says "Wheels are black police rims with dog dish hubcaps with BF Goodrich T/A Radials P215/60 R15 up front and P265/50 R15's out back giving it a nice sleeper look." .... Just how do you make a 68 Charger look like a sleeper?     They all look like they can cut a hole in the wind.

he says to go see him either on 3/23 or 24, maybe he needs to get rid of the car asap

if its too good to be true, well then its too good to be true  come on you guys yes it would be a dream to get it at this price, but I say SCAM!

The guy also wants to trade with cash on his end the same car because he knows nothing of its value  hold on guys let me find a cheap civic to trade him

lol, the ad changed since the last time read it  , on another note, 1 of the pictures changed aswell... maybe it's his unknowing neighbors car

found another one in vegas area just like the craigs ad  its tax time and the nigerians knows this and are on roll!!!!
