Ok I boiled it down to a 68 block that was never put in a car because the vin pad was stamped wt water tested.so it has a 64 race hemi head on one side and a street Hemi from 68 same valve size. But on the bottom of the block by the starter where the tranny bolts on their is a stamped number of 4-2-69.   2.    Is this the date it was put together? What do u guys think and factory hemi cranks have no # on the counter weights this does . What is it after market crank? :RantExplode:

When the bottom pan rail is stamped, it's usually a full serial number (like the MN 426 xxxxxxxx below)accompanied by the machined date. See the chart below. Without a full serial number it's likely a parts room replacement block.

The stamped number on the crank could be anything...perhaps it was balanced at one time. What are the numbers?
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.
