I looked at the wooden with shingles (not metal like the one pictured on the website) version yesterday.  The one I looked at was 16x28 with an interior loft for storage. The price was $7500 +tax delivered and set up. They want you to have a level spot for it.  I would put down a bed of gravel for drainage if I bought one...

The website shows them all the way up to 16x40...
