About a year ago I bought two Wagner BD60474 front rotors at O'Reillys for $52.50 each Made in USA.  I checked with them today and they are now made in China.  They said that the Made in USA rotors from Wagner have been gone for about 6 months.  You can still get a Made in USA (or Canada) rotor from Bendix for $100 each.  Sign of the times.

Are those part numbers for a 68-69 4 piston bendix rotor set up?  If so, I will be calling them soon.  I've been wanting to get spares for a while.  Also, are they a one piece rotor or two piece design?

That rotor is the police unicast rotor that fits later 70's B-bodys.  It's the one you would use if you were following the disc-o-tech article which uses all Mopar parts and the 73-76 A-body spindle or the the later "B" spindle.  Of course, you would have to have the correct caliper adapters---either pin or sliders------depending on your preference.  Sorry I didn't make that plain in the original post.  I am using these on my 69 that didn't come with disc brakes originally.
