GenXCharger

Hey everyone. I came across this forum and am glad I did...lots of good info. Here's what I'm working on and my goal. I'm restifying a 71 Charger 500 which now, or will soon have a 400. I am wanting the best compromise I can get between power and economy. The 400 has a mostly stock rebuild except an Eddy Performer cam. I also have headers, dual 2 1/4 with Dynomax Super Turbos, a thermoquad, Offy dual plane intake, 902 smogger heads and electric fan. With an automatic and 2.73 gears what kind of power and fuel economy should I expect? I'm not looking to have a road burner, rather something fun to drive and that I can afford to drive. With any luck I'm hoping to get the engine and tranny back in within the next month or two. Thanks.

Fred

Tomorrow is promised to no one.......drive your Charger today.
