Missing a dash gauge light?

Check out the picture below. I seem to be missing a gauge light bulb, but there's no wire cut. Am I missing one & if so, is it supposed to plug into the terminal in the lower picture that my finger is on?

 top picture , never seen anything going there !! originaly thougt it was for a speed control warning lamp  , but never found any evidence , was just a guess
