Thought I needed help, but managed to get the rear end lined up and in by myself last Friday!   :icon_smile_big:  driveshaft all connected up and brake lines started.  need to pull off the front sections and start running the new lines back.  also grabbed an aftermarket E-brake set as there was nothing on our car..  :-\    small issue once I hooked up driveshaft, slightly rubbing on one muffler when axle is hanging.  everything seemed to be the same dimensionally, but who knows.  :shruggy:   we installed the flowmasters last year, so hoping I can just kick the hangers over an inch and create a clear path!   cannot wait to finish the brakes so we can test it around the neighborhood and see if that Sure Grip is doing its job!!  :yesnod: :icon_smile_big:

Been a few weeks so I figured I would share some updates!!
new brake lines are in, brakes bled and adjusted, lowered front height a little, switched out new bushings on the front sway bar, started insulating floor, made trunk divide, finished Gauge cluster (just need new bulbs), reinstalled wiper base and tested wiper motor.... :2thumbs:   I'm sure I'm missing a few things, but progressing well!

Thanks guys!!!
Without all the knowledge and support from everyone here the car would probably still be sitting on a trailer!!!
It's pretty awesome to walk in the garage and work on the details!!!  The guy who painted the car was suppose to come over last week, but hopefully he will return this week to finish sanding and buffing the whole car.....  :coolgleamA:

Found out my wifes aunt works for a decal company and is willing to come over and help install the bumble bee stripe and 440 for the hood from Phoenix Graphics!!!  Which reminds me. :scratchchin:... I need to order a car cover!!!   :2thumbs:

Now to keep searching for missing parts..... Anyone have some decent window wiper arms?!?!

Looking good! Going to be a stunner when its finished.

Nice work on the rear seat divider panel. I got suckered in by year one for mine, had to wait 4 weeks and paid 5 times what it was worth just for shipping!   :brickwall:  Wish I would have made my own. Yet another lesson learned the hard way.

We were at Home Depot a month ago and I saw a sheet of press board for $8.... Figured even if I messed it up it was worth it!!      Have plenty to finish the package tray and plan to wrap that with fake leather to match the back seat.

For the bushings I found this kit ...Energy Suspension Suspension Bushing Kit - Hyper-Flex System - Black - Incl.Frt. / Upper Cntl.Arm Bush.;Frt.Strut Rod Bush.Frt.End Link Set;Lower Cntl.Arm Bump Stop;Rear Left Spring Bush.;Tie Rod End Boot;Perf.Polyurethane;.....  It was on Partsgeek.com!   I've only changed the leaf spring and front sway bar bushings so far, but boy what a difference!    :icon_smile_big:

Debating how much insulation we should put in trunk area.. :shruggy:   Maybe just a little around the axle hump.... The cabin is almost a cocoon at this point!  :smilielol:

Looks great!

In case you did not make this decision lucid, which btw is absolutely fine, the area around dimmer switch and washer button is black.
