I have a BIG steering box leak what it looks to come from top of box, maybe the hoses tee body what it looks to be removable.

Is something easy to do ?
Would I need some advice before remove this body ?
Does this body use a gasket or RTV sealant  ?
Do the bolts that keep in place this body able to loose somehow ?

I rebuilt recently the steering pump, so maybe I'm getting more pressure on steering system. Could this be the reason of the leak ? I would think this but on seals areas, not really on the area where seals are unexistant... ???

there are O rings , the hose connector come offf in 2 pieces , the small end cap is easily removed & 2 small O rings are under it , also the nipple into the box where the High pressure hose is bolted on on has the be correct style or it will leak there as well , if you remove the larger iron section bolted onto the box when it is reinstalled it has to be adjusted up & down on the box to keep the steering centered or the box will spin itself to the right or left on its own

Ok so as I'm undertanding, the return hose tee is easy to remove and install, but it looks the pressure hose body isn't so easy... I didn't get what I need to take care on it. How I know iis  adjusted or not ? some trick ?

I have to check where really is the leak. I hope on return hose tee. anyway if is on top area of box it looks is easy to fix without remove the box from K member.

OK fixed !!!!!

Was the return hose tee housing... I don't know if was damaged O rings or loosen bolts, but removed changed O rings ( also aply an extremelly thin RTV coat ), tight bolts and VOILA !!!.

Lucky point... I had same size O rings at my tool box. With all shops closed because is Sunday, and we are in Carnival ( mostly of shops will be also )... THAT'S LUCK !!!
