I like this color when its in the sun but have seen alout of pics were in the shade its green looking.My question is Can this color be tweeked to remove some of the green tint?

Walk into a decent body shop and tell the painter you want that color without the green hue.  They will likely not try to take the green out of the paint but find a nice matching yellow that doesn't have the color change like the original.

The yellow green is what makes this color "retina searing". It is a lot of wild color on a big car like a Charger...... Maybe you should go with just plain FY1 yellow?

Just go with the lemon twist yellow, the green tint in the Curious Yellow makes it that color.  :Twocents:

I thought y3 was called cream, not citron yellow.  My y3 doesn't have a green tint to it.  Always looked like a faded yellow.
69 RT/SE Y3 cream yellow w/tan vinyl top and black r/t stripe. non matching 440/375, 3:23, Column shift auto w/buddy seat, tan interior, am/fm w/fr to back fade, Now wears 17" magnum 500 rims and Nitto tires. Fresh repaint, new interior, new wheels and tires.

but citron yella is GY3
G being  a new 71 model year color  ,& thats how its stamped of fender tag / broad cast sheet  if i remember correctaly   :popcrn:
