Car will not sell, so obvious.  He keeps putting up this one every few weeks and tries different tricks, but this one is his most desperate.   If it was legit, who in their right mind would not bid the extra 1K which is the buy it now price.  Like Judge Judy says ... STUPID, STUPID, STUPID
