weak lights etc.

Every component on my 69 is working weak.somewhere there's a big powerloss.I put in a new 100 amp onewire alternator from tuffstuff in it,but it doesn't help.
Anyone know what could cause this?

I would start by making sure that you have a good ground to the chassis (ground wire from the back of the block to the firewall and from the battery to the radiator housing).

Hard Charger

may sound stupid but make sure the fan belt is tight. happened to me and it was an immediate improvement after years of driving.
