Need advice on my doors

Hey guys i'm trying to remove my doors on my Charger. They have power winows and i canot find any connectors to be able to remove the door. what am i not seeing? plus is there a way to take the weatherstriping off without breacking or tareing them if i dont have to replace them i dont want to, i'm changing colors so they have to come off... :brickwall:

Power window connectors are not between door and fender as on modern cars, they are IN the doors so remove the panel, disconnect at switch and motor and guide the wiring out.

Warm up the weatherstripping with heat gun or hair dryer, it'll make them more supple and less likely to break but they still can so go real slow.  If they have the plastic pins holding them in you need a fork type of tool to remove them.  They make break as they are likely brittle but many aftermarket types should fit.  If the seal is supple enough you can probably remove it while leaving the plastic clips in place and you can paint over them if you want.
