It's funny about the discount, because they seem to be having a thing for Mopars lately.  :scratchchin: :scratchchin: The other car on display right now is a street/strip Fury and before the 68 Charger was a 70 white Superbird! It's about time Summit comes to their senses. Usually its always a Chevy or Ford on the turn tables.

How long does Summit usually keep a certain car on the turntable? I'm originally from Akron and get over there a couple times a year. Gonna call my Mopar buddy and tell him to get over there. Thanks for the heads up.

Yea I ran up to Summit a couple weeks ago and about wrecked when I pulled in. I called my dad and we went up there a few days later to look at it together...

I wish there was a discount code, but I don't think one exists. Vegas...I'm not sure how long they keep the cars up, I don't think its all that long.  :shruggy:

To think I never wanted black.

Now every car I want I want in black.

Very nice

ventwing

ive always wanted to make the trip to Summit, this may be the push i need.

are there any discounts or scratch and dent items there for sale too in the showroom?

buckeyecharger

There is always a clearance section. Mostly truck stuff, but always a bunch of engine stuff. If you get something from clearance, you need to know exactly what you're looking at and for.  Not a lot of labels and things. Not sure if the 68 is still there, you might want to call first.

Nice mopars on display and two pages of parts that may fit on then.

Mr.SpeedFreak

Damn that thing is gorgeous. Can't wait to see my '69 in black, all the bodywork will be worth it if it looks even half as slick as this one :drool5:
"Hey wait a minute, why aren't you slowing down?" "She doesn't know me very well, does she, Deke?"

Black Chargers just have that sinister thing going on and it seems to be any of the first three generations that can pull it off.
