I'm not a fan of either of teams but its sacrilegious to not watch. So im planning a lil football shindig with my family and maybe my neighbors. Not gonna go all out as this will be a small affair. My purposed menu:

1. My yummy crockpot chili-cheese dip and chips.
2. Hawaiian loaf cream cheese dip. (THIS ROCKS!!!!!!)  :drool5:
3. Baking a Ham
4. Sandwich fixins for the ham.
5. Veggie tray and homemade ranch dip.
6. Fruit platter
7. chips and salsas
8. crackers and variety of yummy cheeses.
9. cookies
10. Ice cream and sprinkles. The kids can take two cookies, scoop of ice cream in middle, roll in sprinkles, = Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches!!!  ;)

Beverages: Adult pirate drinks, and sodas/juice/sparkling cider.  :cheers:

I've got a 11lb pork shoulder that will be making the long and glorious journey to pull pork town starting at around 8am tomorrow.

While we wait, I'll have some garlic cream cheese stuffed jalepenos wrapped in bacon going on the grill.

I've got 10 8oz lobsters, 2 pounds of jumbo shrimp, a bunch of strip steaks and tons of munchies.  Smoked salmon is also a great snack!  Go purple! :lol:
