Considering you can buy a totally fully restored sunroof charger that, and is a 110% turn key show car, yeah. Barret-Jackson dreams. But if he can get someone to buy, more power to him.

I am thinking he bought that car on E-Bay two maybe three years ago. I thought it brought maybe 10 to 12 back then, if this is the same car.

WE gotta give the man a break because, 'CHARGERS GO UP IN VALUE DAILY' so if it was that long ago what he is asking for is right in line with others.

I've bought parts from this guy, he was excellent to deal with both price wise and quality.  I'd say it the typical Ebay schtick- list high, get lots of exposure, include phone number and sell it for a real price after the auction ends.
Or hope for that rich sucker that really wants it bad!

I just bought bunch of parts from him couple weeks ago. He has some nice Chargers and other Mo pars. He is a cool guy and his prices on parts were great! That car is pretty solid and comes with everything. Think the doors just sold with the red charger on here in for sale section. I really dont no what there worth but either way he is a cool mopar guy, just my  :Twocents:
Takes a MOPAR to catch a mopar!

ACUDANUT

Even if it was done it would not be worth 30k. It's a none matching drivetrain.

Amazingly enough, wonder why no one else seems to grasp this concept? Like dude thinks he might actually get the "asking" price? Or is it the fact he might actually GET his asking price that gets all ther haters to post in these threads???

Great Mopar guy. Talked with him many times and is ethical. I see him just pushing the envelope on this. Ebay is a great way to help get better end deal later away from ebay. Someone needs to start the ball rolling to get these cars value back up.... :Twocents:

5 years ago they were a lot higher than they are now. 2 years ago they hit rock bottom pretty much.

Just for clarification, I'm not attacking the MAN who owns the car in this situation. I'm simply trying to state a fact....he's a litte overpriced with the car. I'm sure he's a great guy, and from the sounds of it many of you can back that statement up. I don't know the circumstances behind the car, or why he's selling etc. But from what I've learned from all the threads of read, for THIS car....his price is a bit high....

johnnyseville

All sunroofs leak, pay all that money to have it leak on my head when it rains??  I pass.
too many to list!

maxwellwedge

Sun Roof Cars are rare and highly desirable to many in the hobby. A friend had a beautiful Sunroof 69 Charger R/T, black with tan guts and for better or worse -  factory air....about 90% original paint.....got around 70k for it....BUT, it was a very nice survivor, matching and tons of paperwork.

To the right crowd, and the right engine, options, color etc. - a sun roof could add over 50% to the value of a non sun roof car.....just sayin'

I wouldn't worry about it too much. Everytime somebody posts a opinion about a car on here we're all haters.  :shruggy:
