i know its only a made up car for the film  , but not keen of the frenched gas cap  , no door handles or  vent windows  ,
yeah & prolly still got a small block chebby lump too
    &  missing fender top scoops ,  :popcrn:

vast improvement from the last  two 70 chargers that was used with chicken wire grills  , makes them look silly ,  the first that got rolled was the  most believable, even though the engine shot was a 392 whale motor , & had a bolt on blower  ,  im getting a bit carried away  , i know its only a film  :slap:

I know, but look at what they did with "Elenore", I bet the Furd guys were having a tizzy over that. I think we just have to appreciate Hollywood, they are not purists when it comes to cars, after all I can't say much :)

A movie like this is good for all wing owner, especially Daytona.  It is bound to get guys worked up to want to own one, which will hopefully drive up prices.
too many to list!

"Eleanor" Mustang was badass because it was today's version. Not yesterday's. Same with this Daytona. only reason it IS a Daytona is because that is one of the choices on your Laptop GT Game. Had to happen sooner or later. Will it drive prices up? Prolly not. look at the 1970 Chargers. Only thing I see driving up Charger pricing is the owners of Chargers. No kids today will be able to afford a "wing car" because they saw it in a movie. We have the pres. to thank for that. they will be working until they freaking die just to make that overpriced house payment that bank shoulda never lent them the money on.

No more "boomers" with money to burn...Ever. only filthy rich and well, just filthy poor.

69 Mustang sacrificed for the movie  :'(  It just couldn't be that blue thing.  My fingers are crossed for the winged wonder considering they are filming the F&F7 at same time as this one.

they can afford a clone  :D

Doubtful. As soon as the repop fiberglass nose/wing people get wind of more people wanting these parts, they will be priced accordingly.
Look at the 1957-58 Plymouth 2dr Hd Tops. You can't Give away a 1959 which in some eyes might even appear to be the same, yet bumper wings for the '57-'58 are like $3500.00 rechromed on evilBay. Wings for the 1959 plymouth are like $500.00 set. only because of the Movie "Christine".

Same for Charger Daytona's. once the demand goes through the roof, so do prices, so do younger people's frustration levels with said pricing.

This is what happens, says the guy with two Mr. The Kings at home.  It's not like there was a run on blue 'birds.

Or the wing is set for too much downforce in the rear!
The fact that it probably has at least 25 forward gears and an infinate supply of "NOS" on board helps too....

at least the eleanor builders kept Ford(ford Motorsport) engines in them.. Most of the FF chargers are chevy powered and im guessing the Jensen Interceptor will not have its Mopar powerplant either... why not use modern hemis or MP big blocks? or any of the talented mopar builders crate engines?
