Hi Mr. 70 Charger

Welcome to the Site, we're glad you're here...you complete us!

As far as the gauges you don't have to remove the needles, just put a soap and water mixture on the face of the gauge and slide the decal into position. When it's where you want press it down and carefully squeeze out any air bubbles...easy!

With the speedo you WILL need to remove the needle/arm (good time o paint it too) its pressed on the speedometer shaft, nothing special.  CAREFULLY pull the needle/arm stright out make sure you pull from the center to avoid bending it. When done just press it back on.

Take your time and you'll do a great job. Any other questions we're here to help  :2thumbs:

Hmmmm I don't recall (I did mine back in 2003) but I don't remember there being any problems, so if you can do the gauges and speedo, you can figure out he clock

When pulling the speedometer needle off make sure you hold the metal disc in place on the back or you risk breaking the cog.  For clock grab the needle one at a time and pull straight up, note which one goes one first.

Thanks guys! I got them off and white faces on, and needles painted, lens polished and back together. now any tips on masking off parts of the bezel to repaint all of the chrome? Thanks again.

Do a search for my instrument cluster resto thread in the interior section.  It may be of some help.
