70 Bees or R/Ts

In the market for a 70 Coronet Bee or R/T . Just wondering what the going price is for a real nice one , 383 or 440   stick car.  Not doing any more restos, I want one thats finished with no issues .  Could care less about matching numbers as we are only caretakers of these cars and in my case could be gone long before the car.
So what do you guys know about in a very clean car that may be for sale .
This is not a want add , its more of a post to get a feel for whats out there.
