Gidday, here's a few pics from Kumeu, its the biggest carshow in the country, its on a 60 acre showground and its packed with cars, vendors, swapmeet and people, bands - the works. Only went for the day, didnt camp this year, The Villains had the best display as usual , nobody else has an APC crushing a jappa, it was loaded with people when it went over it too  
I put the hubcaps back on this weekend due to the Fin Brothers sideways glances at my 15 x 10 Magnums    The Fin Brothers are all about hubcaps and tradition with horsepower underneath

On with the pics, mainly selective Mopar stuff, just too big and spread out to get more pics, had to retire back to the marquee to refuel

APC makes short work of the grass, or anything in fact 
Luke's 60 Imperial Le Baron has the record player and the tv, awesome car

This Polara was cruising around, very nice

Caught up with a few other mates too, Brandan's 68 Coronet 500 runs mild 440 with 4 speed and dumpers, is a QQ1 car as well, which mine was originally so I really like this as to how it looks when the paint ages
Colin's 70 R/T 4 speed is one of the best around, one of my favourite cars for years

The Phoenix nitro fuel car did some start ups, it did a 7.20 at a nitro reunion meet at Taupo dragway a few weeks back, there were 4 U.S. cars that came over army Armstrong and Randy Walls were two that I can recall. I've sat in this for a fire up, sure gets your adrenalin up even just sitting there

Hi Carsten, Yes it was his green Coronet and tent we were standing next to, he is in the shot of the 3 cars but standing behind another guy, has his sunglasses on , he'd say hi to you   Kelvin

You've got a good memory bud, its the 4speed one, the other one is a black one with hubcaps - still awaiting repair and sale, all parts are there, just needs to be put back together, it quite an original car too, very straight, its a damn shame it got hit and damaged, I saw some pics of it a while back, it was a pretty big hit right on the r.f. wheel

I know I tried helping him finding a fender with original F3 light green paint.
