the monkeys had paddles, they hit the couch repeatedly to try and get the ducks out of the couch. that's why it was vibrating

To be honest, I have read about the couch and the ducks, but haven't heard about the monkeys or the paddles.  How did things end up going on these topics?  How did things work out with the ducks and the couch?

... monkeys? .... paddles?? ....  :-\  That is new to me as well..  :shruggy:

Ducks was found (thanks to a member on this site ), but how some of the people treated me towards my special need's stepson at the time with helping find his said items left me with a bitter tease in my mouth is all I will say. The couch is around.. still doing you know what at times..  :o :shruggy:

So Jim.... First, welcome back!   :2thumbs:   And now that you have a daughter on the way, we all know the TRUE reason why the couch was vibrating!   :smilielol:  Best of luck with your daughter.  I have two of them.  Very sweet at times and other times, you want to just pull your hair out.  But I guess that is with all kids.
