Power window switch cleanup. Tips?

I took apart my window switches and remove dirt and dust but I'm wondering what else I can do to ensure they remain operable.

I attached pics of the one switch with issues.  The switch itself is only dusty but the backside of the bezel has a problem.  There's 4 small tabs that keep the plasic switch firmly in place, on this particular switch 2 are gone so I need some type of glue or other retainer to keep it in place.  Any recommendations?  Now I can install this switch in the back and it'll likely never get used but if I need to open up the others again...well Idon't want to break any.

Would it be beneficial to put dielectric grease in there or something else or leave it clean but dry?  All the other switches I cleaned and coated with electrical contact spray.  All I need to do to those (unless they need grease) is secure the switches tighter in the tabs which is not easy without scratching the chrome.

Every time I see little tabs my heart skips a beat.  It rarely ends well...

are you looking for the switch you move to open the window and it has 4 tabs on it. if these break off they wont work

Not looking for another no, I'll make this work somehow.  Just wondering if I need to put dielectric grease or something else in the switch itself.
