Can you replace the headlight switch without pulling the whole cluster?

Need to replace the headlight switch on a 70 charger, can this be done without pulling the whole cluster? Thanks for any help I can get.

I replaced my switch without pulling the dash.......it was a bitch but can be done. Took a week before my back would let me stand up straight.

you can but it would be quicker to pull the dash

unscrew the cluster and pull forward, if you drop the column its better. it is not to ba of a job.
