Deleting post profile

Just wondering why we can't delete our posts on our post profile pages like we can our emails.
Not sure if I've made myself understood here.
If I want to find anything, I've got to go through pages and pages of rubbish   .....it can take forever.

I think he's wanting to delete some of his posts so that he can find some of his favorite posts.
