Does anyone know a link showing a disk conversion using the late model parts, f spindles, sliding calipers, etc,
I'd like to see a parts list of everything needed, I scored some nos sliding calipers with pads for 25 bucks.
Thanks

Jason, i will see if I can dig mine up unless someone has it handy, I did the conversion a couple years ago.  I didn't use the F body spindle though, I used the A Body spindle.  As far as calipers I went to Auto Zone and bought a loaded set.  Dave

Try this link:  http://www.moparaction.com/Tech/archive/disc-main.html

And here is another list from Zippy on Moparts

late A body spindles
late B body slider adapters
11.75" 78 Fury police rotors
Timken bearings
79 diplomat 2.75 bore calipers
88 diplomat police pads (semi metallic)
79 diplomat hoses
79 D100 aluminum master cylinder
"ZIPPY special"/ARengineering master cylinder adapter
Wilwood/summit adjustable prop valve
rear hung calipers w/bleeders facing upward
rear brakes are 11x2.5 drums

If you mount the calipers in the front, they don't really hit the swaybar, they actually hit the swaybar mounting bracket. Everyone always says it is the swaybar for some reason.
