Heater and evaporator box foam and gaskets, interior foam?

Does anyone make a rebuild kit for the heater and evaporator box that includes all the foam and gaskets?

Also, the foam insulation that goes on the lower A-pillars and the firewall behind the dash?

This is for my '73.  Thanks!
