Thanks Tan Top
The larger of the 2 pieces may not be for the Charger but the smaller one is I almost want to say it holds wires to something. I think the stearing column? I am going to check right now

The top piece looks like the retainer that screws onto the front underside of the front console plate.

2 years ago, I tore apart & reassembled my Daytona & for the past 3 months, I've handled every disassembled part on my '68. Had I not been in that position, I wouldn't have known either.  :yesnod:

Unless it's an a/c part, the bottom piece does not look familiar at all.

Charger-Bodie

The bottom part I believe is a battery hold down, but not for a charger.
68 Charger R/t white with black v/t and red tailstripe. 440 4 speed ,black interior

My Charger is a hybrid car, it burns gas and rubber............

Those two small right angle pieces. I think help hod the bottom windshield trim in place.  :shruggy:
