So the entire front end is being replaced, painted and made new.

Should i replace the t-bars? there have been no problems and i am not looking to throw around $$ needlessly, but i do not want to revisit the front suspension again.

if so then should i replace the 383 bars or change to another size. looking to build a stock looking cruiser.

paint them and put them back, unless you see any kind of problems on them i woulnt worry about it.

If you want it to drive like a more modern car, upgrade them to 1.0. If you don't mind the late 60s wallow around corners, put em back in. New cars tend to have 25% more wheel rate than older cars do, so many people find themselves disappointed in the way their classic drives after a stock restoration. However, upgrading t-bars is easy and it can always be done later with just some basic wrenching.
