which one should be the correct one to my 74 727 ?

The 75 tranny out of the Newport had the top one on it, which is the one I asked about in the other thread.  I'll look around to see if there is another laying around from the of the other 727's I have before I get rid of them.

ok, weird, my 74 parts Catalog shows the top one to V and L, and the lower one ( althought a little but bigger, using a 3rd bot )  for the rest of bodies

I detailed the diagram better and it looks the bottom one uses an extra bracket what is actualt the piece what attaches to tail shaft housing, AND this housing has a provision for the 3rd bolt

Not sure about the extra plate but should be easy to make.  Will look around this weekend
Got one mounted so the plate should be there

I'm affraid the reason for the lower weight ( shape and extra bracket )  is to sway the cross member there
