There's nothing that won't work, it's just a matter of how much effort you are willing to expend.

I have doubts based on pictures alone because its hard to tell if the angles, contours, and radiuses are correct.  I think the biggest challenge will be matching the lower sections. The wheel opening arches look very close.

Magnumcharger-  I am willing to bet most of this board has no clue what a T-dolly, slap file or sandbag is or could be applied to auto repair or metal forming in general. Your average hobbyist wants a perfect replacement handed to them, when the same could be hand-formed in less time than a supplier can dispatch an order.
