Stolen Corvette Returned

Some guy stole a 89 Corvette and put it in storage.  He turned himself in after he couldn't pay the storage fees on it anymore.  The car only has 67 miles on it.  What an idiot  He's paid $70,000 in storage fees.  Will this car be in BJ?   One thing going for him, he isn't facing charges.
