Hope you feel better soon.

My Dad had a mild stroke about 5 or 6 years ago & he's been doing pretty good since. Lowered his cholesterol, changed his diet, cut back on his smoking, etc. He just turned 72 earlier this week & still works, too.

Damn Brain, sucks getting older. Things begin hurting that never did, can't remember sh*t I used to, and then you get one of these to help you remember how mortal you really are. Hang in there kid, it'll get better cause if it doesn't........

You sound like me, but so true. It's not so much remembering things, it's just recalling things I remember.

I just wish I could remember half of what I've forgot over the years.

Sending prayers for a quick recovery Brian.  Hope to see you out driving that funny looking car with the wing. :2thumbs: Robert

Docs & hospital say I'm not supposed to drive for 6 months

Bryan

JB400

:scratchchin: Looks like you need a chauffeur to drive you around in the Daytona or any of your 1st gens.

In all seriousness, I hope you follow his advice.  Never know when you could black out while driving one of your cars.  At least make sure you have someone ride along with you.

A383Wing

there-in lies the problem...I got nobody to drive me around...wife goes to work 1 hour before me, and comes home 1 hour after....

I'm only 3 miles from work, yea, I know...anything can happen within that time...

I'll go to work tomorrow..we will see what happens with the boss & employee's

Bryan

JB400

Go to work tomorrow and see if you can make arrangements with a coworker.  A little gas money or offer to take your car/ truck everyonce in a while would make for a pretty good offer.  It'd suck to have to take a taxi.  Don't use the excuse that you drove tomorrow, it'll be ok to drive everyday.  At least find out what's going on first, then make that decision.  Take care of yourself :2thumbs:
