I think the gods have spoken. I got my divorce papers signed yesterday.... I really need help on the car. How about joint custody you can keep Monday through Thursday, I get the weekends!.... Unless im busy then we can trade days.... My bid, what ever she wants and a baloney sandwich on sundays. That is my only, and final offer...

note to self..... If I would have made the same offer to my ex-wifes family I would have not needed to take yesterday off!!!  :slap:

Hell, I paid $60 for her and that was 1993 dollars.   Sure, she's had more turns than a doorknob but she's still shiny ........sorta.
Bottom line guys is the economy is getting better and the price will go up so bid with confidence.   You could probably double your money if you just take her to Mexico.

I don't know how you plan on selling anything without pictures.

Is the undercarriage clean?  How's it look under the hood?

I will send you $1000 more then the winning bid to seal the auction.  Once you receive these funds please keep $500 for your trouble and forward the rest to my shipping carrier so that they can arrive to pick up the Mrs. Skip68.  Thank you in advance and a thousand greetings my friend.

Does anything need to be rebuilt or restored?  Is there any creaking of the joints?  Has the fluids been changed out periodically?  When was the last time it was given a good tune up?

Thanks Bill.   :smilielol:  That picture was when she lost the top of her hair from a incident with a helicopter.   All better now.  Far as miles left.   :scratchchin:   I'd imagine she's got several left in her before any major service is needed.  Sorry, no Nigerian scammers trying to send me $1000.    :flame:   The undercarriage is OK but showing signs of normal wear for it's age.

Suspension looks decent, how does it ride?

Also, I really like the hidden headlight option.  Do you have any pics with them on?  :smilielol:

You know I'm really not sure.  In the right hands I think wonders can be done.   I guess it all depends on what you want out of it.  Are you looking for speed, endurance or just a nice street pounder with a bit of both?   Keep in mind the nicer you make it the more somebody might try and take it.     :icon_smile_wink:

a note to mrs. skip68.  not only do you have to put up with the indignation of having your husband auction you off on the internet, you must come to grips with the fact that he married way better than you.   but cheer up,  the time he tried to sell you will be a humorous anecdote you can tell at his funeral. :D
