Considering the amount of freshening up it needs, no more than $25k.  It is a nice bird though.

I'd love to have that car! It appears to be in very good condition. Cdr is right......it's a bird not a Charger

Road Runners are just as popular as a charger. ( Maybe not on this site though.)  I see a heck of a lot more birds running around than I do Chargers.

Everything after a charger is all the same to me plymouth satellite=coronet=gtx=etc.....

20 to 25 I think.  A four speed Road Runner with Air Grabber and bucket seats.  Poor color and the hood damage but overall a nice car.  Bidding is at 19 now so we'll see how much further it goes.

TruckDriver

I don't know about the color, I love it. I love that color on a Charger too. I'd love to have this car.

Seems like a decent car, but I'd have to see it in person before I could ever put an accurate dollar value to it. The $16k seems like a reasonable amount if you're personally putting the value into the originality it has as a survivor & it has everything you like or want. The survivor part is important & has to be respected these days for a factory hot rod, but it's not something practical for me. I'd want that particular car as a good candidate to be redone, upgraded, freshened, or whatever it needs to make it a "nice car" that can be dependable. I'm sick of huge projects.

If you do all the work it needs yourself, the $16k is okay. If you pay a body guy & others to fix the hood, touch up paint, detail things & take care of some mechanical issues, then the $16k price will start to get too high. If you plan to drive that car it WILL NEED mechanical things right away or in the near future. The 43 year old interior won't hold up either. The headliner, the stitching in the seat covers, the foam are all old no matter how good it looks.

I like that color combo a lot.  :2thumbs:

I like that car.. It's all there, other than either fixing the hood or getting another one, not much you have to go chasing.. Has bonus points for me being a 4-gear and with a bug-grabber.......

Well I bid it up to 21000 which is more than its worth considering needed paint job and body work and assuming I do the rest of it. Still didn't hit the minimum! Are prices going back up? I also bid up to 9000 for a sweet 64 barracuda and didn't minimum on it either. Well maybe its time to blow some money on a disc brake conversion for the charger since I clearly don't know how to value a Mopar

Scaregrabber

I wouldn't have went $21k on it, you should be happy it didn't buy it.

TUFCAT

Its worth whatever someone is willing to pay....so have no idea :shruggy:  However, I can honestly say "I like it"!  :2thumbs:

Now that its gotten this high, I'd just sit back and see where it goes while looking for another car.  Never know, you might hit a better deal.
