Rear upper panels; how are they mounted?

Can anyone tell me by showing some pics how to mount the rear upper panels in my 1969 Charger? And what parts do I need?

I only see some small holes in the body behind this upper panel were some parts must be mounted, but I really don't know what and how

So I need these plates , en de white little piece on the right site to mount the screw in right?

Anyone know where to get that "little white piece" on the right??  I'm missing the pass side one on my car.
