i like the looks of the clean dog dish wheels. now that i need to upgrade to 15+ because of the front disc,  are there any wheel makers of 17 inch steelies?

Ugh, why? Those things weigh 40+ pounds each. Thats enough to actually feel a difference in wheel performance.
