77 Charger "type" and 72 Charger - Do they have anything in common, like front seats, rear seats, not the covers, just the guts? What about brakes, stirring box, and anything else? I got the 400 out of it and before I call the wrecker I want to pull off anything that is worth keeping. Thanks for the help.

Front spindle/disk/caliper assemblies, rear brake assemblies, Master cylinder/booster/pedal linkage, steering box?, power window motors/switches, starter and horn relays, throttle and speedometer cables, antenna, door pin switches, trunk and glove box light assemblies.

All I can think of right now.

Pull off everything and e-bay what you don't need.  Somebody must want it. :shruggy:

I would think the K member would be more like the 73 and 74 Chargers and not the 72.

I'd pull everything you can off it and cut some stuff off it and try and ebay stuff.

twilt

very little in common with 72, a few things in common with 73-4.   steering columns are not the same as 72. bucket seats are similiar but have much different tracks. upper door hinges same as 72. lower hinges different but interchangable. fan shroud will work on 74. rear door panel ashtrays same. spindles are not the same as 72.

What about 70 Charger... Is there anything that I can use...like Brakes.

It has a bench, and we need a bench for the 72. Does it have the same seat and all we have to do is get the covers with some foam in all the right places.

Buckets may fit but the style is different.
