im a morning person have been getting up at 4 am for more than 25 years      what time do you get up ?
sometime to much sleep is as bad as no enough

                                            9pm sounds good, sometimes 9.30pm but sometimes I stay up late too.   Early to bed, early to rise............you know the rest.
