Fred is on vacation with in laws for the holidays.  I don't expect him back until the later half of the month.  While he did sneak away a time of two last week, I suspect that he actually traveled somewhere for a couple weeks.

                                                                   It actually happened to a woman in London.Went away for a holiday and some punks moved in,got some of their post there and claimed the place.Lady comes home,locks changed can't get in,call cops,they turn up but can't do anything!It took her 6 months to get rid of  those dirtbags Don't know the details,it was in The Sun newpaper!If some one can do this the system is fucked up big time!

                             Not sure squatting laws would even come up in the conversation. But I would be polite and request them to move to an area where cleanup of......leakage would be easier.
