I will admit that I'm partial blame for some of the more recent negativity, but actually, I'm looking for a closure to it as well.  I signed on like you did looking for info on rebuilding mine, but walked into this mess.  But, it seems to be the same for anyone building a movie car, they're going to get negativity from whatever the base model is.  Honestly, I see nothing wrong with it.  But, yes, it's getting out of hand.  Sorry for my involvement in it.

Anyway, good luck on getting a car.

It may seem "Stupid" to some, but for others that feel strongly about it, it isn't. For one group to hate on another is bad, but the sh*t still happens like it or not. Calling people "Stupid, or "Idiots" isn't really the best way to help your cause now is it?

Then I would try clicking on a different topic other than one where people might throw out an opinion or two, which is generally what the original poster is looking for in those types of conversations..

I've  come to the conclusion, I can not pay the big bucks for a Charger....never see them in my neck of the woods....just crazy over priced cars!....But, can get a Coronet/superbee, for way less...same car, different skin....so yeaf....going of that!
would like a whte one with a back roof....my first car!

lets get some replies going on....running outta beer!
