What is Inglese Injection for 440?

Saw this Inglese injection system come up on my local craigslist for a mopar 440. Is this a good system I've never heard of it or have any experience with them? I'm considering it but want to do some research first.

lots of names for that set up.it is an individual runner system,more of a race set up,good price ?depending on type of computer.
