So I got the grill out....did I bite off more then I can chew.  I've never done this before.  I have a plastic repair kit on its way. But most and I mean like 3/4 of the tabs are crap. And no plastic left to glue back together so I'll be basically constructing new tabs.  Any info you guys have or can give I would aappreciate. I've got it out so I'm going full Monty on it.  This is gonna be difficult isn't it!  :popcrn: :icon_smile_blackeye:game on...

Should unscrew and pull out. Photos and/or double check the screws.

No it's not going to be difficult it's just a bigger task than others. I don't know how you're accounting for hardware/fasteners but you should start tagging & bagging stuff as you take it off......label the bag too. When it's time to reassembled it will go a lot easier. Take digi pictures of the whole teardown for later use as well.
As for the tabs, it's not uncommon seeing some broken or missing. I repaired mine with pieces of 3/16th" aluminum sheet cut to fit up and inside the broken tabs shaping exact new tabs. I used a PlastiFix epoxy adhesive/filler. They make a clear and black which I used. I predrilled the holes in the new aluminum tabs for proper fit before before epoxy. A new fastener kit is a bonus at the time of reassembly.....just sayin'. I really like plastiFix! Be patient......these things may involved cold beverages.

One subassembly at a time. We got your back.

Thanks for the words.......but I'm thinking a little Honey Jack will be in hand lol! I've enlisted the help of my tattoo artist. He builds custom Harleys and has a paint shop in house.  He said he would be willing to be willing to help me out and be a side kick for the project. He's a bad ass dude! I'll post pics as the process moves forward. Any advice hints and tips are welcome!!!

Here it is...never got the fender OFF.....GR8CE would not allow it.  But got it loose enough to get it all off.

You should be able to make most repairs with a plastic repair kit.
I also found this method on a thread over on Moparts. I might try this next time:
